Why Your Profile Matters
A complete business profile builds trust with clients and powers your public profile in the Servida Pro Directory. The more details you provide, the better you'll appear in search results.
Navigating to Profile Settings
- Click Settings in the sidebar (or tap the gear icon on mobile)
- You'll see your profile editing form
Required Fields
These fields are needed to complete the "Complete Your Business Profile" onboarding task:

| Company Name | Displayed on your profile and invoices |
| Phone | For client contact — not publicly visible unless you enable it |
| Street Address | Used for geocoding and route planning |
| City | Your service area base |
| State | Required for directory listings |
Additional Profile Fields
- Bio / About — A short description of your business (supports Markdown for formatting)
- Website — Link to your external website
- Logo — Upload your business logo (appears on your public profile and invoices)
- Gallery Photos — Showcase your work with before/after photos
- Licenses — List your professional licenses and certifications
- Service Area — Define the geographic area you serve
Best Practices
- Use a professional photo or logo — First impressions count in search results
- Write a detailed bio — Mention your specialties, years of experience, and service area. Teaching pros: include instruments, dance styles, subjects, or certifications. Creative pros: highlight your portfolio or specialization.
- Keep contact info current — Ensure clients can always reach you
- Add gallery photos — Before/after work photos, studio shots, or portfolio pieces increase trust significantly
Auto-Save
Changes are saved when you click the save button. The onboarding checklist automatically detects when your profile is complete.
