What does Servida cost?
Servida is $10/month with a 30-day free trial — unlimited clients, unlimited photo uploads, and no per-pool, per-property, or per-client pricing. On top of that we charge a 5% platform fee during beta on payments you process through Servida, deducted from your payout; your clients are billed exactly what you invoice them, so the fee doesn't change their total. Stripe's own processing fees apply separately. If you collect payment outside Servida, no platform fee applies.
Do I need to download an app?
No download required. Servida is a mobile-friendly web app that works in any modern browser — on your phone, tablet, or desktop. You can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
How do clients get access?
Pros can invite clients directly from the app. Clients receive a link to view their service history, photos, and invoices — all password-free with secure magic links.
How does payment processing work?
Servida integrates with Stripe for secure payment processing. You can send one-off invoices or set up recurring subscriptions. Payments go directly to your connected Stripe account.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Servida uses industry-standard encryption, secure magic-link authentication (no passwords to steal), and follows best practices for data protection. Your data is yours.
