Servida is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — it works in your browser but can be installed on your home screen for a native app–like experience.
Adding to Home Screen
iPhone / iPad (Safari)
- Open servida.app in Safari
- Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Tap Add
Android (Chrome)
- Open servida.app in Chrome
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app)
- Tap Add
Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
- Open servida.app
- Click the install icon in the address bar (or menu → Install)
- Click Install
What You Get
Once installed, Servida:
- Has its own icon on your home screen
- Opens in a standalone window (no browser chrome)
- Supports push notifications
- Works offline for viewing cached data

Service Worker
Servida registers a service worker that:
- Caches essential assets for faster loading
- Enables offline viewing of previously loaded pages
- Delivers push notifications even when the tab is closed
Tips
- Install on your primary work device for the quickest access
- Enable notifications after installing for real-time alerts
- Updates happen automatically — no app store updates needed
