Accepting an Invite

Learn how to accept your service pro's invite and access your client portal.

Joining Servida as a Client

Your service professional has invited you to Servida so you can view your service history, photos, and invoices — all in one place.

How to Accept

  1. Check your email for an invite from your service pro
  2. Click the invite link — you'll see a branded page with your pro's information
  3. Enter your email to create your free account
  4. Check your inbox for a magic link (one-time sign-in code)
  5. Sign in — you're automatically set up as a client

No Password Required

Servida uses passwordless authentication. Every time you sign in:

  • Enter your email
  • Click the magic link sent to your inbox (or type the 6-character code)
  • You're in — no password to remember

What Happens After You Join

Once you accept the invite, you'll immediately see:

  • Your Dashboard with an overview of your service providers
  • Your Service History with all past visits, photos, and notes
  • Any Invoices from your service pro
  • Access to Pay invoices directly through the portal

Multiple Providers

If you use multiple service providers on Servida, you'll see all of them from your dashboard. Each provider's service history is kept separate and organized.

Tips

  • Add Servida to your home screen for quick access (works like an app)
  • Enable push notifications to be alerted about new visits and invoices
  • You can access Servida from any device — phone, tablet, or computer
