Servida sends notifications for important events so you never miss a payment, message, or client update.
Notification Types
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Payment received | When a client pays an invoice |
| New message | When a client sends you a message |
| Invoice status | When an invoice status changes |
| System updates | Important platform announcements |
Push Notifications
Servida supports browser push notifications:
- When prompted, click Allow for notifications
- Push notifications work even when you don't have Servida open
- Click any notification to jump directly to the relevant content
Browser Support
Push notifications work in:
- Chrome (desktop & Android)
- Firefox (desktop)
- Edge (desktop)
- Safari (macOS Ventura+ and iOS 16.4+)
Viewing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top bar to view your notification feed. Notifications show:
- Event type and description
- Timestamp
- Direct link to the related content
- Read/unread status
Tips
- Enable push notifications during onboarding for the best experience
- Check the notification feed regularly for missed items
- On mobile, add Servida to your home screen for the most reliable push experience
