Plan daily routes, navigate to clients with Waze/Google/Apple Maps, and use geofence auto-check-in.

Route Planning

The Route Planner helps you visualize your daily stops, optimize drive time, and navigate to each location.

Works for every pro type. Whether you're driving between pools, teaching at multiple studios, tutoring at libraries and homes, or training clients across gyms — the route planner maps all your stops.

Accessing the Route Planner

Click Route Planner in the sidebar or use the dashboard quick action.

Building a Route

  1. Your clients with geocoded addresses appear as pins on the interactive map
  2. Select clients to include in today's route
  3. Drag to reorder stops
  4. The route shows estimated drive times between stops

Navigating to a Client

From any client profile, you can launch turn-by-turn navigation:

  1. Open the client's profile
  2. Click the Navigate button in the address section
  3. Choose your preferred nav app:
    • Waze — Opens with address pre-filled
    • Google Maps — Opens directions in Google Maps
    • Apple Maps — Opens directions in Apple Maps (iOS/macOS)

You can set your default navigation app in Settings. The system remembers your preference.

If the client has GPS coordinates set, navigation is extra precise — it goes directly to the pin, not just the street address.

GPS Features

  • Copy Address — Quick-copy the full address to clipboard
  • Geocode from Address — Re-geocode if the address has changed
  • Manual Pin Placement — Drag the map pin to set the exact location (useful for large properties or tricky entrances)

Geofence Auto-Check-In

When enabled, Servida watches your GPS position in the background. When you arrive within range of a client's location, it automatically prompts you to clock in.

Saving Route Plans

Routes can be saved and loaded for recurring schedules. This is useful if you have the same route every Monday, for example.

Tips

  • Geocode all client addresses — Clients without coordinates won't appear on the map
  • Set your preferred nav app — Saves a tap every time you navigate
  • Use manual pin placement — For locations with long driveways or side entrances, place the pin at the actual service location
