Shared Access
Shared access lets you give other people the ability to view the service history for your account. This is perfect for spouses, family members, or anyone who needs visibility into your services.
How It Works
Your service pro can send an access link to additional people. When they click the link:
- They create a Servida account (or sign in if they already have one)
- They automatically gain read access to the service history for your account
- They can view visits, photos, notes, and invoices just like you
What Shared Users Can See
- All service visits and their details
- Photos and notes from each visit
- Invoice history for the account
- Service timeline and provider information
What Shared Users Cannot Do
- They cannot modify any records
- They cannot manage billing or make payments (unless separately invited)
- They cannot remove other shared users
Managing Shared Access
Contact your service provider if you need to add or remove shared users. They manage shared access from their side.
Tips
- Share with your spouse or partner so everyone stays informed
- Managers and coordinators benefit from seeing service logs across accounts
- Each shared user signs in with their own email — no shared passwords
