Passwordless Authentication
Servida uses magic link authentication — a modern, secure way to sign in without passwords.
How It Works
- Enter your email on the sign-in page
- Check your inbox for an email from Servida
- Click the magic link — or enter the 6-character code shown in the email
- You're signed in — the session stays active until you sign out
Why Passwordless?

Troubleshooting
Didn't receive the email?
- Wait up to a minute
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Click Resend (available after 30 seconds)
- Make sure you typed your email correctly
Email arrived but link doesn't work?
- Links expire after 10 minutes — request a new one
- Make sure you're opening the link on the same device/browser
- Try entering the 6-character code manually instead
Using a different device?
- You can enter the 6-character code from the email on any device
- The code is not case-sensitive
Session Duration
Once signed in, your session stays active. You won't need to re-authenticate unless you:
- Sign out manually
- Clear your browser data
- Haven't visited for an extended period
