Paying Your Service Provider
When your service pro sends you an invoice through Servida, you can pay it securely with a credit card — no checks, no cash, no hassle.
Viewing Invoices
- Sign in to your Servida account
- Go to the Billing section (from your provider's page)
- You'll see all invoices with their current status
Invoice Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Open | Invoice is ready for payment |
| Paid | Payment has been received |
| Past Due | Payment deadline has passed |
Making a Payment
- Click on an open invoice
- Review the details (description, amount, date)
- Click Pay Now
- Enter your credit card details on the secure Stripe checkout page
- Confirm — you'll receive a payment confirmation
Recurring Subscriptions
If your pro has set up a recurring subscription (e.g., monthly pool service), your card is automatically charged on schedule. You'll receive an email receipt for each payment.
Payment Security
- All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted payment processor
- Servida never stores your credit card information
- Payments use industry-standard encryption
- You'll receive an email confirmation for every payment
Troubleshooting
- Payment declined — Check your card details and try again, or use a different card
- Didn't receive a receipt — Check your spam folder, or contact your service pro
- Dispute a charge — Contact your service provider first through the messages tab
