Your Service History
Every time your service pro performs a service, a record is created in your service history. This gives you full transparency into what was done and when.
Accessing Service History
- From your Dashboard, click on a service provider
- Or navigate to Service History in the sidebar
- You'll see a chronological timeline of all visits
What Each Visit Shows
| Detail | Description |
|---|---|
| Date & Time | When the visit occurred |
| Duration | How long the pro was on site |
| Work Performed | Description of services rendered |
| Photos | Before/after photos taken during the visit |
| Notes | Any notes left by the pro |
| Service Type | Pool, landscaping, cleaning, etc. |
Viewing Photos
Click any photo to open it in a full-screen lightbox. You can:
- Swipe through multiple photos
- Zoom in for detail
- Navigate with arrow keys or on-screen buttons
Multiple Service Types
If your pro provides multiple services (e.g., pool service and landscaping), each service type has its own tab with specialized history:
- Pool tab — Water chemistry readings, equipment checks, chemical treatments
- Landscaping tab — Work performed, seasonal maintenance notes
Tips
- Review visits regularly to stay informed about your services
- Photos provide proof — Great for insurance or business records
- Contact your pro through the messages tab if you have questions about a visit
