Managing Your Client List
Clients are the foundation of your Servida workflow. Each client profile stores contact info, location details, service history, and billing information.
Adding a New Client
- Navigate to Clients in the sidebar
- Click Add Client (or use the quick action on the dashboard)
- Fill in the client details:
Contact Information
Each client has one or more contacts:
- First Name and Last Name (required)
- Email — needed if you want to send invites or invoices
- Phone — for quick calls/texts
- Relation — Owner, Spouse, Tenant, Manager, etc.
You can add up to 2 contacts. One must be marked as Primary.
Service Location
- Street Address — Used for route planning and GPS navigation
- City, State, Zip, Country
- Servida automatically geocodes the address for the route planner map
Service Configuration
- Service Days — Select which days of the week you service this client (Sun–Sat)
- Enabled Services — Choose which service types apply (Pool, Landscaping, Dance Lessons, Music Lessons, Tutoring, Personal Training, Photography, Consulting, etc.)
- Location Type — Property, Studio, Office, Virtual, Mobile, or Other
Additional Details
- Access Instructions — Gate codes, entry notes, special directions
- Gate Code — Discrete field for quick reference
- Notes — Free-form notes about the client (supports Markdown)
- Client Since — Record when this relationship started
- Business Name — For commercial clients
Client Avatar Photo
Click the avatar on the client profile to upload a photo. You'll see a crop tool to position the image before saving.
Locating the Client on the Map
Servida automatically geocodes addresses, but you can also:
- Geocode from address — Click the location icon to re-geocode
- Set location manually — Use the pin-drop map dialog to place the marker exactly
Archiving & Restoring Clients
- Archive: Open the client's profile menu → "Archive". The client is hidden from the default list but data is preserved.
- Restore: Filter the clients list to show archived clients, then restore from their profile.
Searching & Filtering Clients
The clients list supports:
- Text search — By name, business name, or contact name
- Address search — By street, city, or postal code
- State filter — Filter by state
- Phone search — Search by phone number digits
- Active/Archived toggle — Show active, archived, or all
